Knitting Pattern PDF

The pattern contains both single and two-seater patterns + a blanket.

The pattern is worked flat and sewn up at the end. You do not need to knit in circles.

Materials

• [MC] 20g DK (8-ply) colour of your choice to work the project

• Non-corrugated sturdy cardboard or wood sheet, 1/32 thickness

Seating panel; 11 cm x 5.7 cm

Back panel; 11cm x 4. cm

Armrest; 2.5 cm x 5 cm

• Legs; 1 cm x 1 cm x 1.8 cm (h) wood dowel x 4 pieces

• Pre-felt or quilt wadding; 11 cm x 8.5cm for the back, 5 cm x 7 cm for armrests

4 cm x 9 cm for seat cushions

• Glue

• [MC]15g DK (8-ply) colour of your choice to work the project

• Non-corrugated sturdy cardboard or wood sheet, 1/32 thickness

Seating panel; 5.5 cm (w) x 4.5 cm (d)

Back panel; 5.5 cm (w) x 4.5 cm (h)

Armrest; 2.3 cm x 4.3 cm

• Legs; 1 cm x 1 cm x 1.8 cm (h) wood dowel x 4 pieces

• Pre-felt or quilt wadding; 5.5 cm x 9cm for the back, 4 cm x 7 cm for armrests

4 cm x 9 cm for cushions

• Glue

2.75mm straight

• Chenille needle

Tension: 26 sts x 34 rows =10cm (not essential)

Practical tips

• Leave long ends at the beginning and end for sewing.

• Sew the seam with RS facing, using mattress stitch.

• Use cardboard measurements for guidance. It is best to measure your work.

• For the best result, use pre-felt or quilt wadding to stuff. If you do not have any, try toy stuffing.
