Grandpa & Grandma Mice

£3.80

Knitting Pattern PDF

Finished size: 13cm tall

All parts are knitted flat and sewn up at the end. No circular knitting is required. The grandpa and grandma mice have eyeglasses made with lightweight wire. The grandma mouse has knitting needles made with bamboo skewers and wooden beads. If you are creating the project for toys instead of ornaments, feel free to leave these out. The eyes are mushroom-shaped beads stitched onto the heads, but you can embroider them with black yarn if you prefer not to use beads.

The outfits are sewn to the bodies and are not removable, but it facilitates the knitting process.

The crochet hook is used to create chains, and it doesn’t have to be exactly 3mm. While the samples utilize 4-ply yarn, DK weight yarn can also be employed, resulting in a slightly larger finish.

The file comes with a grandson bonus project.
