24 sts x 30 rows for 10cm square (not essential)

Additional materials

• Two pairs of 6mm and a pair of 5mm mushroom-shaped eye beads or safety eyes

• Toy stuffing

• Cotton thread

• 3 pairs of 1cm buttons

• Thread to sew buttons

Tools

• 3.5mm knitting needles

• A chenille needle

• A stitch holder

• All-purpose sewing needle

• Scissors

Practical tip

• Leave long ends for the parts that require assembly.

• Sew the seam with RS facing, using mattress stitch.

• If you are using safety eyes with washers, attach them before stuffing the head.

• Make French knots with black yarn if you do not wish to use beads or safety eyes.
