Knitting Pattern PDF

The pattern is knitted flat and sewn at the end. No need for circular knitting.

The skills required are knit and purl.

Materials

• [A] 15g light brown fleecy DK (8-ply)

• [B] 10g Cream fleecy DK

Additional materials

• Small amounts of 4-ply peach and dark pink

• Small amounts of red, white, pink, yellow, green blue DK (for ball)

• A pair of 6mm black beads or safety eyes for each guinea pig

• Black cotton thread to sew beads

• Toy stuffing

About yarn used

• King Cole Cuddles DK, Caramel (1184), Cream (1177)

• 100% Polyester, 50g per 136m

Tension

22 sts x 26 rows = 10 x 10cm measured over St st (not essential)

Tools

• A pair of 3.5mm knitting needles to knit the Guinea pig body

• A pair of 3mm knitting needles to knit feet and ball

• A chenille needle

• All-purpose sewing needle to sew beads

• Scissors
